No-Return Policy for Custom Products

All BIOMED3D products are custom-made to your specifications and are specifically designed for professional and educational use. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, in the rare event your order arrives with:

• Manufacturing defects, or

• Damage caused during shipping,

Please contact us at contact@biomed3d.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and a description of the issue, along with photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, either replace the defective item or provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving defects or damage. If a refund is granted:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs and customization fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
